Nikolas Pavlou, Head of the Tax For All (TFA) at the Cyprus Tax Department, where he leads one of the country’s most ambitious public-sector digital transformation initiatives. He manages a €25 million programme replacing legacy Tax systems with a modern integrated tax administration system, already processing billions in VAT collections and refunds. Previously, he served at the European Commission (DG TAXUD) and as Fiscal Attaché in Brussels. His current focus is integrating Robotics, AI, and big data into tax administration.

Kassandra Poyiatzi has been a Member of the Tax For All (TFA) Team at the Cyprus Tax Department, since 2023. She brings more than 17 years of professional experience in the Department, having previously served as a VAT Officer. Prior to joining the TFA team, she also contributed as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting the project with her knowledge and expertise. Within the project, her focus areas are managing subprojects related to the Tax Registry and Immovable Property, business analysis, training and support to internal users.

Elena Matsi is a Project Officer in the Tax For All (TFA) Team at the Cyprus Tax Department. She began her career as an application developer, gaining three years of technical experience before joining the TFA team in 2021. Within TFA, her focus areas include communication, external user training, the Digital Assistant, the Support Website, and business analysis. Elena holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA, combining strong technical expertise with business management skills to support Cyprus’ digital tax transformation.
