George Droushiotis is the founder and Managing Director of GDK Optimus Audit Services Ltd. He has commenced his professional career in the Audit and Assurance Department of EY Cyprus before deciding, at the level of audit manager, to pursuit a career in the tax department of the Firm.
George became manager in charge of major tax clients in a variety of sectors from leading financial institutions and insurance companies to international petroleum companies.
He has focused on international tax structuring for multinational corporations, executing tax due diligence projects on the buyers’ and vendors’ side, advising among others on tax and transfer pricing issues.
In 2013 he founded his own Firm and with his relentless passion and attention to detail, he is the driving force behind a team of high-calibre professionals who strive to implement the vision of the Firm.
